Description
This is our Hot Regular Beef Jerky. We have been producing this product since 1977. This was the only jerky we made at that time. When we started in San Gabriel. This product does not have a long shelf life. It is just salt and pepper on a thick steak cut, super fresh and holds up best in brown bag in a dark place. This product is mostly sold out of the deli case at mountain and ski resorts.
