Description

This is our Regular Beef Jerky. We have been producing this product since 1977. This was the only jerky we made at that time. This product does not have a long shelf life. It is just salt and pepper on a thick steak cut, super fresh and holds up best in brown bag in a dark place. This product is mostly sold out of the deli case at mountain and ski resorts.
